Brief
Due to extensive building alterations within client site the ERS remit was to re-route a 300 metre long 8″ nb Natural Gas Pipeline.

What we did
ERS designed a new route for the pipeline which also incorporated fabrication and installation of an 80-metre-long pipe bridge to span existing site roads.

The new line was installed at 8 metres above ground level prior to tying into the start and termination points. The pipeline then underwent pressure testing after which the original gas pipeline was removed. The full project was undertaken over a 3-month period

Brief
Fabricate & Install 3” nb Cooling Water, 1” nb Compressed Air, 6” nb Sour Liquor & 4″ NB Nitrogen lines onto a 50m Long Skid. Re-design, fabricate and install 4″ steam pipework. This involved extensive fabrication, testing and commissioning of approx. 1000m of pipeline.

The skid was then lifted into position to enable ERS to connect all the lines to existing supply framework.

The project was undertaken over a 6-month period.

Brief

To design and install ½” nb Air & 1″ nb Water pipelines mixed into an air mist system to cool gas entering through a 12 Plenum chamber complex enabling the client to operate the process in higher ambient temperatures.

The system was fully tested and commissioned to the client’s satisfaction and completed over a 3-month period.
