Working on a maintenance contract.
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Up front estimating of work
- Detailed on going re measure of as built work (field/site visits to check progress and record measurements
- Preparing valuations and submissions to the client
- Competent in the use of Computer and measuring software
- Issuing sub contracts to Subcontractors, Sorting payments and financial accounts
Candidate Must Have:
Previous experience of Schedule of rates and maintenance contracts, The ability to prepare tender estimates for fixed price tenders required.
