Working on a maintenance contract.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

Up front estimating of work

Detailed on going re measure of as built work (field/site visits to check progress and record measurements

Preparing valuations and submissions to the client

Competent in the use of Computer and measuring software

Issuing sub contracts to Subcontractors, Sorting payments and financial accounts

Candidate Must Have:

Previous experience of Schedule of rates and maintenance contracts, The ability to prepare tender estimates for fixed price tenders required.

To Work On a Ship

A & P Yard, Hebburn

Approximately 10 Weeks Work

Hours are 7am-3pm At The Start Of Project

Weekend Hours Available Once Project Kicks Off.
